Hildie and Bernadette are the flag makers for the Javaville annual parade. There are normally 6 groups, each split in half. Each half gets a different color flag. But two days before the parade the Grand Marshal decided to split the 6 groups into thirds. How many more flags do Hildie and Bernie need to make?
