Which tire will make more rolls?

Foopie and Freda each roll a tire down a hill. The hill is 250 feet from top to bottom. The diameter of tire 1 (Foopie's tire) is 3 feet. The radius of tire 2 (Freda's tire) is 2.5 feet. How many full rolls do each tire make to reach the bottom of the hill?
